It brings everyone back together while also dividing onto two sides when it comes down to one question : Is it justified to put the life of a child on the line? The only way to satisfy both sides of the arquement for a fair compromise is to declare abortion legal only for the first trimester. Our bill will have no costs or needs for funds because it is just an adjustement in set time for legalization of abortions. We will be in contact with medical centers all over America starting as soon as the bill can take effect.

Our bill is the best resolution because it peacefully compromises both sides of the situation. Abortion will be legal for those who need it but only for a limited amount of time. For those who strictly forbid abortion, it will be illegal for the remainder of the pregnancy after the first trimester. Hopefully through achieving legalization through this bill we will also achieve freedom from such thoughts as to legally killing abortion Doctors in South Dakota. Persistence for this bill to pass will result in the goal reaching peristent journey to achieve peace in this heartbreaking matter.
